The kid volunteer judges selected from the Cub Scouts consisted of some young boys and girls who took their time over the 2 week judging period.  The results came in Dec 22nd and now we have tallied everything.  Judging was 1-10 Scale then averaged together.  The kids have spoken and the placements are final.   =o)
